The portance no-sweat promise
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return or exchange within 100 days of receiving your order. Please read the following terms and conditions before initiating a return.
In addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 100-day return policy as part of our NoSweat promise. This does not restrict your legal right of withdrawal. Deviating regulations for the voluntary right of return, which would not be permissible for the legal right of withdrawal, are only permissible after the expiration of the withdrawal period.
The following conditions apply to your return:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 100 days to return unworn items. "Unworn" does not refer to a brief try-on, of course. We can only accept your return if the following terms are met.
We do not accept returned items that:
- Washed or treated with chemicals
- Smell too strongly of deodorant or perfume
- Were exposed to smoke
- Not been repackaged as original
- Have animal hair
- Amended were
Please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items to avoid leaving extreme perfume odors or marks on the product.
The products must bear the original labels. To promote responsible ordering, we charge a return fee of 3€ for returns without exchange. This will be charged to the original method of payment. We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds for customs fees.
Please note: Sale items sales (including discounted items from pre-sale promotions & other discount promotions) are excluded from our extended 100 day return policy. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we allow a 30-day exchange of discounted items. Your statutory right of withdrawal for online orders is of course unaffected by this.
Due to limited availability, limited edition drops are excluded from exchange and 100-day returns. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies here.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear or socks.
