The portance no-sweat promise

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the following conditions before initiating a return.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day right of return as part of our NoSweat promise. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal. Deviating regulations for the voluntary right of return that would not be permissible for the statutory right of withdrawal are only permissible after the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The following conditions apply to your return:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return unworn items. "Unworn" naturally does not refer to a brief try-on. We can only accept your return if the following provisions are observed.

We do not accept returned items that are:

• Washed or treated with chemicals
• Smell too strongly of deodorant or perfume
• Exposed to smoke
• Not repacked as originally packaged
• Have pet hair
• Altered

Please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items to avoid leaving extreme perfume odors or marks on the product.

Products must have the original tags. To encourage responsible ordering, we charge a return fee of €3 for returns without an exchange. This will be charged to the original payment method. We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds for customs fees.

Please note: Sale item sales (incl. discounted items from pre-sale promotions & other discount promotions) are excluded from our extended 100-day right of return. As a gesture of goodwill, however, we allow a 30-day exchange of discounted items. Your statutory right of withdrawal for online orders remains unaffected.

Due to limited availability, Limited Edition Drops are excluded from exchange and the 30-day return. Here, too, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear or socks.

Return Costs

As a sustainable startup, we want to promote responsible ordering. You do not need to order alternative sizes from us, as we have a "Digital Fitting Room". Please use it, it is adapted to our models and cuts as well as your specifications. To do this, simply click on "Find my size" on the respective product page.
