Shipping costs

Currently we ship within Germany, to the rest of Europe and (on request) internationally / outside the EU. Below you will find a list of shipping rates and delivery times. From an order value of 130€ we ship free of charge within Germany.

Shipping days

We ship Europe-wide from Essen, Germany. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday.

Processing time & shipping time

We strive to process your order within a few hours of receipt.

The transit time of the packages for Germany is 2-3 business days. For EU shipping, the transit time is 3-6 days.

Order tracking

Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

Shipping service provider

We prefer to ship packages within Germany with our premium partner DHL. Occasionally and especially during peak times (and with high order volume) we also work with DPD or UPS. For orders within the EU, we work exclusively with the premium service of UPS.
