Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Germany, to the rest of Europe, and (upon request) internationally / outside the EU. Below you will find a list of shipping rates and delivery times. For orders over €130, shipping within Germany is free.
PLEASE NOTE: If the merchandise value falls below the minimum order value of €130 due to a return, the shipping costs listed below will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Days
We ship worldwide from Essen, Germany. All orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday.
Processing Time & Shipping Duration
We strive to process your order within a few hours of receipt.
The delivery time for packages within Germany is 1-2 business days. For EU shipping, the delivery time is 2-5 days.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the processing time mentioned above, please check your spam folder.
Shipping Providers
Within Germany, we primarily ship with our premium partner DHL. Occasionally, and especially during peak times (and with high order volumes), we also work with DPD or UPS. For orders within the EU, we exclusively use UPS's premium service.
