Refund policy



Our right of return (at Portance the NO SWEAT guarantee) applies beyond the legal requirements for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us individually to discuss the exchange/refund and email our Happiness Team:

To be eligible for a return, our item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept any products that show damage caused by you or gross signs of use such as stains)

Refunds are only available for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs for the return Your item and whether we accept it depends on the individual reason for the return. Original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

If you are sending items worth more than €75, you should consider a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
